Coming Fall 2026
Meet the founder
Aman Deswal Property owner and local manager. Current Microsoft software engineer; previously at NASA.I own four homes myself. Three are rentals with tenants, and I manage them directly. I also manage six rentals for my father-in-law. Before Valley Standard Homes opens its doors, I already know what it means to be responsible for nine homes, the people living in them, and the owners counting on clear follow-through.
My engineering work at Microsoft--and previously at NASA--shaped how I build systems and communicate. My experience as an owner shaped why those systems matter. Property management should feel personal, organized, and accountable.
Why it matters
Clear systems behind the scenes. Human communication out front. The business is being built from the realities of caring for nine rental homes, not from a generic property-management playbook.

Who we help
Built for people who care about the home, not just the rent check. Clear communication, local follow-through, and practical owner visibility should feel standard.
Trusted local eyes on the home when you are not nearby.
Fewer tenant, vendor, and maintenance details competing for your time.
A calmer, more organized way to care for a former home or first investment property.
How we help
Your rental is a home, an investment, and often a meaningful part of your family's financial future. The Valley way means each stage has a clear owner, a repeatable process, and a communication point.
Thoughtful marketing, consistent criteria, and a clear move-in process.
A clear point of contact for day-to-day needs, questions, reminders, and the small things that keep a tenancy calm.
Resident requests, vendor scheduling, and practical oversight.
Thoughtful renewal conversations that balance tenant stability, owner goals, and long-term care for the home.
Plain-language updates and a dependable reporting rhythm.
Steady attention to the home, the tenant experience, and the details that protect your investment.
